All our food is prepared on premises. Our homemade guacamole is made fresh throughout the day, every day. Our signature Ground beef is made fresh every day with our premium spices; Our Chicken is always fresh and marinated over night with our extraordinary custom premium spices and the Steak is marinated in our own blend of premium spice rub and cooked to perfection to bring out explosive flavors. Our Signature Red Salsa and Salsa Verde – the Green Salsa – are made fresh daily with store roasted tomatoes and tomatillos, and freshly chopped cilantro and jalapeños.

We strive to offer healthy alternatives like Par boiled rice, Pan Fried Fish, Shrimp, and Chicken. Our salsas are free from sugar and preservative, and we offer natural vegan, vegetarian options and gluten–free choices.
